Bryce came to help Uncle Jon and Aunt Ashley do some more land clearing!!

So this past Sunday was Artie's bday, and  Bryce was in town!!!!! Scott the excavator was super nice and came down and let Bryce take a spin on his bulldozer!!!!! Bryce loved it!!!!! And we all loved seeing the excitement on his face while he was helping to get the mess cleared up off the land!!! Here are a few pics and video :)

*Remodeling on Blackwood & More Land Clearing on 12 O'Clock Knob*

Well, we have been super super busy at our current house, we along with Artie and Barbara have redone the Hall bathroom, dinning room, and kitchen! We've almost got it SALE READY!!!!! Here are a few pics of before and after at Blackwood Dr :)

Last week we had the soil test done, I was confused as to why we had to do this, but the results came back good.....in the words of my Father-In-Law this means ....." There is no sh*t on our site" haha!!! We also got our finished plans, with all of our changes we made.

Clearing the Land :)

So the excavator came and started to clear the land, this week he has gotten it almost done, and has even dug in our new driveway :) He still has a bit more to clear, before we can get the foundation poored, but hopefully it will be done soon!!!!!! Bryce would have a fit to know that Grammy and Gramps have a real bulldozer in their backyard!! Here are a few pics so far :)

Only the Beginning.....

Hey Hey! This is going to be a little blog about Jon and I building our first house! We'll be building it with Barbara and Artie!! I'm sure this is going to be a great time! Today the excavator dropped off his equipment to start clearing the land!!! I know there will be plenty more stories and photos while we take this venture into house building!!
